On the night of December 5, two missile strikes hit the Kherson Humanitarian Hub in the South of Ukraine. The hub warehouses contained humanitarian aid from several international humanitarian organizations, including relief items from CARE.

CARE strongly urges all parties to uphold their obligations in the agreement, and remain at the negotiating table to find an alternative solution and mitigate the impacts that will flow from the collapse of the initiative.
