History of CARE International's work in El Salvador
CARE International has been present in Latin America since 1954, and in 2018 began scaling up efforts to meet growing needs in the region.
Today, our work in El Salvador is mainly through national partners with similar goals of achieving victories over widespread poverty. Recent projects focus primarily on increasing food and nutrition security and increasing resilience to the climate emergency.
